RWA tokenization platform
Issue, manage and distribute tokenized real-world assets — private credit, funds and bonds, real estate, gold and commodities — on one core. Investor onboarding, compliance, registers, payouts and trading included. White-label or fully custom, built and run on AWS.
One platform for every asset you want to tokenize.
Everything issuers, investors and operators need.
From legal structure to the first distribution.
Two ways to launch. We build both.
Start fast on white-label, or own every line of code with a custom build.
| White-label | Custom | |
|---|---|---|
| Time to launch | Weeks to a few months | Several months, in stages |
| Your brand and domain | Yes | Yes |
| Code ownership | Licensed | Yours |
| Best for | A first product, standard structures, one or two markets | Many markets, complex structures, your own roadmap |
| Changes after launch | Configuration and agreed extensions | Anything, on your schedule |
What drives the budget.
The software is rarely the biggest line. These decide the budget:
The rules decide the design. So we start there.
Before anything is built, we map which rules apply, where the structure sits and who may invest — together with your legal counsel.
Coretos plans the regulatory path with licensed counsel and does not give legal advice.

What is an RWA tokenization platform?
It is the software that turns rights in a real-world asset into digital tokens and manages them for their whole life: investor onboarding and checks, issuance, the register of holders, payments and distributions, reporting and, where allowed, trading.
Which assets can be tokenized?
Private credit, fund units, bonds, real estate, gold and other commodities, receivables, infrastructure and more. What matters is that the legal rights can be clearly structured and transferred.
Which blockchain does the platform use?
It depends on your investors and the rules that apply. Permissioned security tokens on Ethereum-compatible networks, using standards such as ERC-3643, are the usual choice; private and layer 2 networks are also possible.
Can investors pay with bank transfers and cards?
Yes. Investors can pay in regular money through bank transfers and cards, and in stablecoins where the rules allow. Distributions can be paid the same ways.
How long does it take to launch?
A white-label launch usually takes weeks to a few months; a custom platform is delivered in stages over several months. The legal structure often sets the pace more than the software does.
How much does an RWA tokenization platform cost?
Platform builds typically start from USD 100,000. The main drivers are the number of markets, investor types, payments and custody, integrations and whether you need secondary trading.
