Fund tokenization built around your dealing and servicing model.
Connect investor subscriptions, fund administration and ongoing servicing in a platform designed for your dealing model. Coretos builds fund tokenization technology for asset managers, issuers and operators, including administrator, transfer-agent and custody integrations. Choose a white-label implementation, commission custom software or extend your existing systems with the workflows you need.
Define the fund interest and its operating rules
The platform needs to represent the interest investors hold and the terms under which it is administered. That includes share classes, investor eligibility, dealing arrangements, fees and the responsibilities of the organizations involved.
We distinguish the investor record from the fund's underlying portfolio assets. The technology connects the relevant information and processes while preserving the rights and obligations established for the fund.
For a platform serving several funds, each product can have its own configuration, documents and permissions alongside shared investor and administration services.
Subscriptions from application to allocation
A subscription involves more than receiving an instruction. The platform may need to collect documents, check eligibility, confirm funds received and apply the appropriate dealing terms before an allocation is completed.
Coretos designs the workflow across the investor portal, operational teams and external providers. Each instruction has a status and a responsible owner, including when information is missing or a review is required.
Illustrative workflow: an investor submits an application; the responsible team completes its reviews; payment is reconciled; the administrator supplies the relevant dealing information; an approved allocation is processed; investor records and confirmations are updated.
Redemptions and exceptions
Redemption workflows follow the fund's terms, including any applicable notice periods, dealing dates, limits and approval requirements.
We design how requests are received, reviewed, priced where applicable and passed to the relevant payment and recordkeeping systems. A pending or deferred request needs a clear status and communication process.
Tokenization does not by itself create a right to immediate redemption. The investor interface should explain the process that applies to the actual fund.
Connect fund operations with investor records
| Area | Responsibilities and interfaces to define |
|---|---|
| Fund manager or issuer | Product requirements, approvals, documents and communications. |
| Administrator | Valuation inputs, dealing information, calculations and reporting within its mandate. |
| Transfer agent or registrar | Investor and ownership records, processing responsibilities and reconciliation. |
| Custody and payment providers | Relevant accounts, instructions, status information and completed transactions. |
| Coretos | Platform design, implementation, integrations and the agreed support scope. |
This is an example of roles to map. The engagement defines the actual allocation of responsibilities, including where one organization performs more than one function.
Distributions, reporting and transfers
The platform can support distribution instructions, investor documents and reports, with records of approvals and completed actions.
Where transfers are part of the operating model, we design the eligibility checks, approvals and updates required across the relevant records and systems. Any trading connection is assessed separately against the instrument and market arrangements.

Start with a fund or build a platform business
For a specific fund project, Coretos can help assess the proposed structure, operating requirements and platform options with your team and advisers.
For a platform operator, Coretos delivers white-label and custom systems supporting the selected funds, users and provider relationships. Existing systems can be extended with onboarding, administration interfaces, reporting or other defined modules.
Questions about fund tokenization
Can you support open-ended and closed-ended fund models?
Yes. We design the workflows around the fund's actual terms. Subscription, redemption, commitment and distribution requirements are assessed for each model.
Can we keep our existing administrator and transfer agent?
We assess their interfaces and operating responsibilities, then define the integration and reconciliation requirements.
Can a platform support several share classes?
Yes. We can design class-specific records, dealing data and servicing rules, with the controls needed to keep them consistent.
Does tokenization require a particular vault standard?
The architecture follows the fund's requirements. A token or vault interface is evaluated as a technical component; it does not define the fund's complete operating model.
Tell us about the fund, its dealing model and the providers already involved. We will help define the platform, integrations and delivery scope.
