Art and collectible tokenization with ownership and custody workflows.
Connect an artwork or collectible with its ownership documents, custody history and investor structure. Coretos builds platforms for specialist managers and operators, including valuation records, decision workflows and approved sale processes. Build a branded platform, commission custom software or integrate asset records and investor operations into an existing system.
Build a documented asset record
Coretos can design a record linking the object's identifiers, descriptions, provenance documents and specialist reports. Each item of evidence has a source, date and access policy.
| Record | Proposed operating purpose |
|---|---|
| Asset identity | Link the object to the correct documents and platform record. |
| Provenance and title material | Support the review performed by appointed specialists. |
| Condition reports | Track recorded condition and changes over time. |
| Custody and location | Record the responsible provider and approved movements. |
| Insurance and valuations | Keep relevant documents, dates and review tasks together. |
The system can retain the review outcome and unresolved questions. A blockchain record can preserve references and history; authentication still depends on the underlying evidence and specialist process.
Support custody, loans and asset movements
An artwork may remain in storage, be exhibited or move between approved locations. We design workflows for requests, authorizations, handover records and confirmation of receipt.
The scope identifies who supplies condition reports and verifies the relevant insurance arrangements for each movement. Investors can receive the approved information without exposing confidential storage details or restricted documents.
Keep valuations and sale decisions traceable
Valuations should retain their source, date and purpose. The platform can show the approved valuation separately from an asking price, an offer or completed sale proceeds.
Coretos designs decision workflows around the project's governance: who may propose a sale, which approvals are needed and what supporting information is required. The process can accommodate a private sale or auction with the selected providers.
Illustrative workflow: an approved artwork sale. The responsible manager submits the proposed sale and supporting material; the required approvals are recorded; the sale result and received funds are confirmed; the administrator reconciles fees and other approved deductions; investor records reflect the final allocation and payment.
Connect specialists and investor operations
We can build interfaces for custodians, asset managers, administrators and payment providers, according to available access and project requirements. Controlled uploads can support providers whose records arrive as reports or statements.
The platform can include investor onboarding, instrument records, document access and servicing. Ongoing maintenance can cover integrations, monitoring and later changes to the portfolio or operating process.

Questions about art tokenization
Can several investors participate in one asset?
We can build the records and investor workflows for the structure established by your team and advisers, with the rights and decision process clearly presented.
Can the platform verify that an artwork is authentic?
It can organize evidence and review decisions from appointed specialists. The token record itself does not authenticate the physical object.
Can investors trade their interests later?
Transfer functionality can be designed around the instrument, approvals and intended operating model. An available transfer process does not by itself ensure a buyer or a sale price.
