Services and scope
Capital Development Sp. z o.o., trading as Coretos, provides this free website to present technology services, publish information and receive business enquiries. The terms cover browsing and the contact form. No account or payment is needed. You may save or print them.
Enquiries and contracts
You can enquire about platform design, development, integration and maintenance. An enquiry is not a paid order, subscription for an asset or opening of an investment account. Scope, price, deliverables and conditions of a project are agreed separately. Website information is general, not individual investment, legal or tax advice or an offer of financial instruments.
Use and technical requirements
An internet-connected device and current browser with TLS/HTTPS support are needed. The interactive form and 3D effects require JavaScript; email remains available. Browsing begins on access and ends when you leave. Form use begins on submission and ends when transmission completes. You may leave or close the form before sending at any time without charge.
Acceptable use and security
Do not send unlawful material, malware, spam or information you cannot disclose, or interfere with the site. Keep your software up to date and protect your device. Do not send passwords, private keys or identity documents through the form. Content and branding are protected by intellectual-property law; statutory exceptions and permitted quotations remain available.
Complaints, privacy and availability
If the form fails, write to contact@coretos.com. Complaints about the site may be sent to legal@coretos.com or our registered office with a description and contact details. We reply within 14 days of receipt. Data processing is explained in the privacy notice. Maintenance, errors or provider outages may affect access; mandatory rights and liability rules remain unaffected.
Changes and governing law
Changes apply to future site use after publication and do not modify separate project contracts. Polish law applies without limiting mandatory protections under otherwise applicable law. Disputes go to the court competent under applicable law.
